Every piece of ZOGGER jewelry is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. We provide a **6-month limited warranty** covering any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase.
WARRANTY VOID NOTICE: Any warranty claim is subject to the verification of our original **Security Seal**. If the seal was reported broken upon delivery or tampered with by an unauthorized third-party jeweler, the warranty will be considered null and void.
What is Covered?
- Structural defects in the metal setting.
- Issues with clasps, hinges, or earring backings.
- Stone loosening due to setting errors (does not include stone loss).
What is Not Covered?
Our warranty does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, including:
- Scratches, dents, or tarnishing due to chemical exposure (perfumes, lotions, etc.).
- Lost or stolen jewelry.
- Damage caused by accidental drops or improper storage.
- Intentional alteration or repairs done outside of ZOGGER studios.
